Gloves are knitted from threads of wool, acrylic, cotton, nylon/polyester and metal. They are durable, flexible, heat reflecting and condensation absorbing. The metal thread is introduced into the cloth so that it cannot be easily withdrawn. The preferred yarn composition is 12% wool, 28% acrylic, 25% cotton, 12% nylon/polyester and 23% metal. The metal thread on the outside of the glove is rotated around its own axis so as to increase its resistance to being withdrawn.
