The harness is provided with at least one fluid container and permits fluid intake during sports activity, such as jogging or skiing. The harness comprises a central part, from the front part of which runs an axis part, both parts being adjustable to different body sizes. - The harness also has at least one open container compartment which is positioned at the side of the abdomen below the ribs. A fluid container is conveyed in the compartment, and is provided with splash protection and a spray pipe.
