It consists in extracting DNA from the colonies or by Treatment with a base; adjusting the PH suitable for Strain test; Applying the extract pH adjusted to the strain test, in a Culture Medium suitable for the growth of ~ an.Gonorrhoeae ~ B; keep it in proper conditions for the growth of ~ an. Gonorrhoeae ~ B, and Inhibitors for ECA; and observe the growth of the strain. The method has applications for the diagnosis of gonorrhea.
