The process comprises grinding of titanium dioxide doped with an iron salt to give approximately 0.2% iron content. This is followed by heating to 800 deg.C until 14% of the Anastasa-grade dioxide is transformed into rutile type titanium dioxide. The prod. is mixed with the plastic at the rate of 6-7% for conventional mouldings.
