A bottle for feeding a baby has a nipple (28) fixed to a flexible tube (14) and away from the bottle (10) with a bottle of the holder in a reversed position, allowing easy feeding the baby itself same position and which must keep the teat body of the device, thus realizing an arrangement for the baby to feed itself from the bottle, without someone hold the bottle. There is also provided a valve member (69) which prevents the passage of air through the bottle when the latter is empty, even if the baby continues to suck the teat.
