the use of 4-aminopyridine and its congeners and derivatives in order to drugs that act at the level of the receptors or the nervous system.especially dopamine receptors, such as butyrophenones and its congeners and derivatives is described.4-aminopyridine is used alone or in combination with other drugs such as naloxone hydrochloride or hydrochloride of yohimbine.the use of 4-aminopyridine overcomes the problems of high doses of drugs that act at the level of the receptors or of the nervous systemin particular, the dopamine receptors in reversing the effects of toxic quantities or toxic doses.
