the invention relates to a coding system for error detection and error correction in binary message transmission using a cyclic code error detector and corrector.interleaved reed solomon type.;the system consists of sets of (x, y, z, t, u) of shift registers connected in series, the first first set receiving the data message.the number of sets of records depends on the degree of the polynomial generator is chosen and the number of records in each set, depends on the depth of the intertwining of the code.the system also includes rebouclage circuits (r1, r2) of the records, and it is characterized in that the rebouclage circuits respectively include matrices (a,(b) to obtain the coefficients of the cyclic code generator polynomial. these coefficients are obtained from the primitive elements of a galois body.;application to the detection and correction of errors in transmission of a binary signal.
