MODULAR DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

The invention aims to fill a gap in the current range of automation equipment for industrial processes. It offers a new generation of high performance but simple and ergonomic features, their definition, implementation and service that does not require specialized staff. Their modular nature and structure of their permit be related to the complexity of the process to be automated, while reproducing physical and dynamic function diagrams from which they are directly designed, modules featuring original groupings of functions. Such a device consists of modules, assembled as bricks, each managing one step without using a central unit exchanging at least virtually by faces (1 and 2), the input signals (5) and outlet (6) with the module which precedes it and the one following it, and, at least virtually by faces (4 and 3), signals (7 and 8) with adjacent modules. A face (11) can receive a portion of the block diagram illustrated by lamps. Application: automation of industrial processes, including PMI.
