Method and apparatus for performing routine assays such as polarographic or spectrophotometric analysis of a large number of sample solutions arranged on or placed in a holder (101) of sample cup along a path, the samples being sucked out of the sample well (102), following consecutive cycles, by a suction device (103), then they are transferred into a common container which is carried out the analysis.
