The training device consists of the foot (14-17), the fibreglass rod (3) and the ball (1). The foot is of similar construction to the feet for sunshades, but is provided with a mechanism for infinitely variable height adjustment of the ball (1) and the fibreglass rod (3). The fibreglass rod (3) is attached to the height adjustment via a rocker element (6). The ball (1) is attached to the tip of the fibreglass rod (3) via a rubber element (6) in such a way that it is still rotatable. The fibreglass rod has a gradient of about 0-30 DEG . The fibreglass rod (3) and the rocker element (6) have the task of storing the energy for the return flight of the ball (1). The ball is set in motion by the head or the foot of the player and it rocks back and forth in an arc of a circle. IMAGE
