Method of fertilisation of plants with a temperate and CO2 containing aqueous fluid

To save costs and energy in the operation of greenhouses, even small units, there is provided a CO2-fertilisation where gaseous carbon dioxide is transported to the close vicinity of the soil surface in the greenhouse by means of a carrier fluid, where it is liberated forming a relatively stable gas layer close to the soil surface. This allows simultaneously the pH of the soil to be influenced by carbonic acid which is chemically bonded to the carrier fluid, resulting in considerable savings compared with large amounts of peat or the like, which would otherwise be necessary.
