Roundabout with swinging passenger cabins

The invention relates to a roundabout with a plurality of swinging passenger cabins which are suspended on extensions via freely swivellable cabin arms and which are moved outwards and upwards by centrifugal forces in dependence on the rotational movement and which are freely swivellable beyond the centrifugal position by means of power generators. The sequence of movement is determined by a momentum converter, whose curve follows a spiral and which consists of a momentum wheel and a momentum disc, forces produced by pneumatic cylinders acting both on the momentum wheel and on the momentum disc. The curve of the two movable converter parts is determined by the fact that the radius of the one rotating part becomes increasingly smaller and the radius of the other becomes increasingly larger. One of the two compressed air cylinders serves solely for compensating the torque determined by the deflection of the cabin. IMAGE
