The system bridge girder section comprising a combination of extruded aluminium sections and aluminium sheets is mainly characterised by the special design and arrangement of the extruded sections. This takes place in such a way that the section (1) assumes the function of a connecting and fastening section as well as a bottom rail and the section (2) assumes the function of a connecting and fastening section. The section (3) is distinguished by the fact that it undertakes both the dividing-sheet fastening and the connecting of the sheets in the longitudinal direction. In addition, this conception is particularly suitable for an adhesive connection, which has long been adopted in aircraft construction and is consequently not new as far as the method is concerned. All conventional fastening techniques are likewise possible. Another choice of material, such as for example plastic or VA, is likewise possible.
