Vibratory compactor roller with hydrostatic drive - has vibration preselector and frequency stabiliser for constant compacting effort

The vibration compactor roller has a hydrostatic drive for the vibrator. The lever of the regulated pump (3) is connected with the actuator element (1) with a rod (7) provided with a stop (6). The end position of the rod is adjusted by the selector (4). The position of the selector is determined by the position of the lever. The selector can be a slider, wedge mechanism or cam arrangement. The frequency of the vibrations is preselected before starting work by means of a handle and the scale (8). This vibrator is esp. useful for compacting bitumen surfaces.
