Prefabricated shaped cores (1, 2, 3) comprising plastic envelopes (5) are used as inner shuttering for delimiting the individual rooms (6, 7, 8) of the house. The plastic envelopes (5) are cut to size in accordance with the room sizes. For this purpose, sheeting pieces cut out of plastic sheetings are welded at their edges such that they are air-tight and water-tight. The plastic envelopes are inflated by air and thus made into the shape of the rooms. The shaped cores are spaced apart from one another, corresponding to the wall thicknesses, or from a foundation slab (9) and are set up in a dimensionally accurate position. A stable outer shuttering (11) is used to produce the outer walls (18). The mutual spacings of the shaped cores are ensured by spacing pieces (10). A construction composition is pumped from beneath into the cavity surrounding the shaped cores and, at the same time, the shaped cores (1, 2, 3) are filled with water to in each case approximately the level of the construction composition. In this arrangement, the inflating air can escape out of the shaped cores by means of superatmospheric-pressure valves (15). After the construction composition has set, the water is channelled out of the plastic envelopes, the outer shuttering is demounted and the plastic envelopes are removed. Preferably, the roof is installed into the carcass casting by means of a shaped core (4) which is likewise cut to size. The finished carcass comprises a casting which has been cast in one piece and is used, for example, for a single-family house. IMAGE
