A planetary gear mechanism comprising a casing (1) which contains inside at least one kinematic pair with internally-toothed gears. The kinematic pair includes an element (3) having a transient motion in relation to another element (2), one of the elements (2 or 3) having a rotary motion. The element (2 or 3) which has the rotary motion is kinematically connected with the output shaft (4), whereas the element (3) having a transient motion is connected, through a hinge, with the output shaft (4) or with the casing (1), the hinge being executed as a flexible shaft (6) with a relation of its length to the diameter of its cross-section circumscribed circle varying essentially from 10 to 60.
