The oscillator includes a resonant circuit with a dielectric resonator connected to an electrode of a field effect transistor, with provision to bias the transistor. A second resonant circuit with a dielectric resonator is connected to a second electrode of the transistor, and forms a second output. The resonators of the two resonant circuits are identical and operate at the same resonant frequency. The third electrode of the transistor forms a third output for the oscillator and may be connected to a load. The oscillator is made in solid state form, the resonant circuits being connected by the microstrip technique on an insulating substrate. Each resonator is coupled to the associated microstrip in the TEO1 delta mode.
