The clock or timepiece has a flat reduced size movement encased in the thickness of a transparent dial. Its hands, driven by the movement, are arranged such that their central part entirely hides the movement which is thus invisible. The movement is electronic and has an extension-piece of the axis carrying the minute hand and of the tube which carries the hour hand. At least three movements may be incorporated in the thickness of the transparent dial allowing the reading of hourly lags.
