It comprises a cyclic code generator on transmission constituted by a shift register and by EXCLUSIVE OR modules whose connection to the stages of the register depend on the information to be encoded and a plurality of cyclic code generators on reception constituted from shift registers 100, 200, N00 identical to that used on transmission and whose EXCLUSIVE OR modules 300, 400, 500 are connected in a special way for each register 100, 200, N00 in accordance with each of the connections on transmission.
