New variety of sorghum called Industriel Cadet 25 which can be employed for paper manufacture, cattle feedstuffs and the production of forage and of alcohol

New variety of sorghum obtained by selections and hybridisations of French autogamous populations of Sorghum Vulgare Persoon, and stabilised by successive multiplications and mass selection. This new variety of very large size has numerous anchoring roots and yielding a high percentage of leaves of good digestibility and a seed tonnage which is higher than the normal, and makes it possible to employ the cellulose matter whose yield is higher than the normal for the manufacture of pulps for all types of paper, and at the same time to employ the leaves as forage and the seeds in a cattle feedstuff factory or a mill for the manufacture of cakes or bread.
