PURPOSE:To grasp exactly a transport quantity of a powder carried by a fixed gas two phase flow by providing a connecting nozzle to a granular body transport pipe, a gas leading-in part and a gas discharge part, and also using an enclosed vessel which is capable of measuring a weight of itself. CONSTITUTION:A powder transport pipe connecting nozzle 6 is provided on the side circumferential part of a vessel 1, also a gas feeding pipe 7 is connected to the bottom part, and also a gas discharge pipe 9 having a pressure adjusting valve 8 is connected to the top part. Also, a fixed gas separating filter 10 is provided on the upper part in the vessel 1, a gas blown in from a blow-in port 7a disperses and floats a powder in a space S2, and on the other hand, the inside of the vessel 1 is pressed to a prescribed pressure, and only the gas is discharged through the gas discharge pipe 9. Also, before starting a measuring work, as for the vessel 1, its empty weight is loaded to a measuring device 2. In this way, a transport quantity of a powder carried by a fixed gas two phase flow can be grasped exactly.
