In the embodiment there are control rods, e.g. 3, a regulator 5 for closing valve 11 and the secondary coolant circuit includes a control valve 13, a further valve 16 (neither valve being fully closable), a fixed throttle 10 and a fully closable valve 17. The object of the invention is to avoid too rapid cooling if a main conduit only is provided.
