PURPOSE:To prevent a heat exchanger from deteriorating and at the same time contrive to increase the thermal efficiency of the heat exchanger by a structure wherein a boiler body is provided over the whole outer periphery of the inner shell of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:An inflowing pipe 6a serving for flowing water in a boiler body 6 is joined at the lower part to the boiler body 6 consisting in externally contacting with the whole outer periphery of an inner shell 3. In addition, a joint pipe 6b running from the boiler body 6 to a finned pipe 2 is joined at the upper part of the boiler body 6. Water flows from the inflowing pipe 6a into the boiler body 6 uniformly and absorbs the heat of the inner shell 3 uniformly, resulting in raising the temperature of its own a little bit. Further, the water passes through the joint pipe 6b and flows into a finned block consisting of fins 1 and the finned pipe 2 so as to be heat-exchanged in this portion in order to turn into hot water with the predetermined flow rate and temperature and flows out of an outflowing pipe 5.
