SET PRESSURE VARYING METHOD OF WATER REDUCING VALVE AND SET PRESSURE AUTOMATIC VARIABLE WATER REDUCING VALVE

PURPOSE:To change automatically the set pressure by setting the pressure of a reducing valve at a high level by means of a flow sensor, etc. after opening a cock at a place where the high pressure is required. CONSTITUTION:An end 11b of a lever gear 11 attached to a supporting plate 12 via a fulcrum is fitted to a control screw 13, and a tooth part 11c at the other end of the gear 11 is meshed with a drive gear 15 which is revolved by a motor 14. A pressure setting spring 8 of a reducing valve is supported by a slide spring holder 16, and an action transmitting rod 17 is provided between the holder 16 and the gear 11. Thus the holder 16 is shifted between pressure setting positions by revolutions of the motor 14 via the gear 11 and the rod 17. When the water is supplied by opening a cock on the second flower, etc. where high pressure is required, the motor 14 is actuated with the signals given from a flow sensor. Thus the set pressure of the reducing valve is increased up to 0.9kg/cm2 from 0.6kg/cm2 for example.
