METHOD FOR SUPPLYING DEASHING GRANULATION COAL TO FINE POWDER COAL BURNING BOILER

PURPOSE:To ignite deashing granulation coal in a fine powder coal burning boiler by a method wherein deashing granular coal made by water granulation method is ground to such a size as enabling a supply of coal to the fine powder burning boiler. CONSTITUTION:Coal 1 is finely pulverized by a fine powder grinder 2, made as a slurry in water and then supplied to a water granular making device 3. Oil acting as a binder is added to the water slurry supplied to the water granular making device 3 and a deashing granular operation is performed. With this arrangement, the deashing granular coal 4 is formed and ash constitution 5 is separated from the coal. After that, the deashing granular coal 4 is made to form a water slurry and supplied to a high speed agitating tank 6. This deashing granular coal 7 which is agitated at a high speed by a high speed agitating tank 6, readjusted to a deashing granular coal 7 of ultra fine diameter is separated from the water slurry and thereafter it is supplied to the fine powder coal burning boiler 8. With this arrangement, the deashing granular coal formed by water granular process can be burned by the boiler.
