ANTICORROSIVE STRUCTURE FOR SPLASH ZONE OF STEEL TUBULAR PILE ON SEA AND ANTICORROSIVE COVERING THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To pack a polymer cement from the lower end to the upper end of an anticorrosive cover by a method in which the anticorrosive cover is provided with a tapered face and exuding holes, an O-ring is provided in the anticorrosive cover, and an elastic rubber seal band is wound around the cover. CONSTITUTION:Annular materials 12 with self-closing rings 11, 11 are attached to a steel tubular pile 2, and an anticorrosive cover 4 with a tapered face 5, an injection valve 6, a spacer 10, and exuding holes 7 is wound around the pile 2 incorporated with an O-ring 14, and an elastic rubber seal band 16 is wound around the exuding holes 7. Under the condition, a polymer cement coating material composed of 100pts.wt. a cement mixture and 5-40pts.wt. an organic polymer aqueous emulsion is injected into the anticorrosive cover 4 from the injection valve 6. In this case, the O-ring 14 is pressed on the tapered face 5 to completely seal it, and after exuded from the hole 7, the polymer cement coating material is filled up to the upper end of the pile 2.
