VIBRATION MEASURING METHOD BY PULSE LASER HOLOGRAPHY

PURPOSE:To display a node of a vibration and a phase, and to execute easily an analysis of a vibration mode by dividing a double pulse laser light emitted from a double pulse laser device into two luminous fluxes by a beam splitter. CONSTITUTION:The first light of a double pulse laser light is divided into two by a beam splitter 2, one of them reaches a photograph dry plate 8 as a reference light, the other executes an illumination in a state that a vibration of a specimen 11 is zero, and its reflected light reaches the photograph dry plate 8 as an object light. As for the second double pulse laser light, the irradiating light illuminates the maximum amplitude state of positive at an angle different from that of the first light because an angle of the surface of a light transmitting member 23 is rotated and varied a little. In this way, a node of a vibration mode and a relative phase are obtained together with information of an amplitude distribution, and an analysis of the vibration mode can be executed exactly.
