TALKING LINE ACQUISITION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To improve the effective utilization rate by acquiring a communication line after an incoming terminal side is blocked, and reducing the ineffective holding of communication line. CONSTITUTION:In transmitting a dial number from a terminal device T1 to a terminal device T2, an exchange SS1 transmits this number information to an exchange SS2 via a path of signal link SG1-exchange SS2-SG2-SS3-SG3 without acquiring communication lines SP1-SP3. An SS4 checks for idle/occupied state of the terminal device T2 and if the terminal is idle, the SS4 returns idle information to the SS1 via a path of SG3-SS3-SG2-SG2-SG1 after blocking the T2. The exchange SS1 transmits a busy signal to the T1 when the T2 is occupied depending on the idle/occupied information and when idle, the acquisition of the lines SP1-SP3 is started.
