PREPARATION OF DELICIOUS INSTANT HEALTH DRINK

PURPOSE:To obtain an instant drink having improved palatability while keeping the health-promoting effect of the raw materials, and capable of giving a drink easily, by mixing the extracted liquid of Chines tea and black tea with vitamin C and water-soluble vitamin E, and drying the mixture. CONSTITUTION:(A) Extracted liquid of Chinese tea or its concentrate, (B) extracted liquid of black tea, its concentrate, or their mixture with black tea essence, (C) vitamin C, and (D) vitamin E processed to be soluble in water, are mixed together, dried, and if necessary, granulated to obtain the objective instant drink. If necessary, decomposed starch, sugar and/or polysaccharide may be added in addition to the components (A)-(D). The weight ratio of the Chinese tea extract to the black tea extract is preferably 50-95:50-5 (solid basis, based on the totaol solid content).
