PURPOSE:To adjust a compensation system for amplitude frequency characteristic in a shorter time with less labor by preparing a control signal at a terminal station, and sending it out to respective stations. CONSTITUTION:The control signal is generated at the terminal station and this control signal is inputted from an input terminal 13, demodulated by a demodulator 14, and inputted to an error decision circuit 15, buffer 16, and channel selection decision circuit 17 at the same time. The buffer 16 when receiving an output instruction from the channel selection decision circuit 17 outputs a storage signal to a switching part driving circuit 18. The driving circuit 18 generates a signal for driving a corresponding switch 12i in a switching part 12 on the basis of a compensator selection information that the control signal contains. Consequently, the selected switch 12i is connected to input a base band signal inputted from an input terminal to the most appropriate compensator 20i.
