EXECUTION METHOD OF CORROSION-PROOF PROCESSING OF JOINT OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION WITH CORROSION-PROOF COATING

PURPOSE:To improve impact resistance and corrosiin resistance by forming a primer layer previously on an exposed surface in the neighbourhood of a joint part after stripping the coating thereon, then coating the part of the surface with a plastic material. CONSTITUTION:Corrosion-proof coating 4 in the neighbourhood of a part of a steel member 1 treated with corrosion-proof coating with a plastic material where the steel member 1 is meant to be jointed. Similarly, the corrosion-proof coating at the neighbourhood of a part of a corrosion-proof joint member 7 where it is meant to be jointed as also stripped off. Then, the pipe pile 3 is welded to the steel joint member 5. Further, a primer layer comprising chrome oxide and/or epoxy resin is formed on the exposed surface in the neighbourhood of the weld part. Finally, corrosion-proof coating with a plastic material is formed by performing spray coating with plastic powder on the primer layer.
