PURPOSE:To improve S/N and the accuracy of evaluation, by supplying water into the space between the concave lens portion of the prode and the inspected object, and also, by propagating the ultranosic wave from the vibrator in approximately parallel direction to the propagating direction of the surface wave within the inspected object.
