PURPOSE:To utilize heat effectively while heating a section close to a foot by a convection and radiation heat by mounting a reflector plate to the upper surface of a KOTATSU (foot warmer) and receiving upward warm air from a heater by the reflector plate. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 6 is clamped to the lower surface of a top plate 7 in a reflecting box 1 to which a set bolt hole 2 is formed, a heat insulating mat 5 is laid on the upper surface of the support plate, a carpet 3 is lined so as to wrap in the side surfaces of the four quarters from the upper section of the mat, glass wool 13 is entered into the box, and a reflector plate 12 is applied so as to hold down the glass wool and the edge of the reflector plate is fixed by nails. A heater hanger 9 is fixed by screws 10, and a heater 4 is fitted to the hanger and fastened by screws 11.
