PURPOSE:To make a work, a grindstone and water so far used for washing the inside of a grind tank dischargeable so completely and automatically in a way of only rotating a bottom plate, by installing a curve surface which produces a spiral vortex, in the lower part of an inner surface of a fixed plate forming the grind tank. CONSTITUTION:In case of a fully automatic dischargeable spiral vortex type barrel polishing machine, a bottom plate 11 is made up of a flat disc, and the central part is attached to a rotary shaft 15. In this connection, the shaft 15 is connected to the drive of an electric motor by a pulley at the side of a frame. In addition, in order to make a work, a grindstone, water, etc., being inside a grind tank 1 so as to be dischargeable outside by dint of centrifugal force by rotary motion in the bottom plate 11, one spot of the fixed plate 12, namely, one portion of a curved surface 121 is notched and set down to a discharge port 14 to which a gate 141 is fitly attached. Thus, those of work, grindstone, the water so far used for washing the inside of the grind tank, etc., can be completely and automatically discharged in a way of only rotating the bottom plate.
