PURPOSE:To perform fast data transfer without causing access contention by connecting operation cycles of plural processors to a common memory on time- sharing basis. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 2 connects with (i) sets of processor units PUi which have operation cycle time T and shift in operation cycle by T/i successively in prallel, and those processor units PUi are switched and connected to the common memory 3 as a single module through a switching means 4. A clock signal generator 5 generates an operation clock Cli with a shift T/i in timing and latch pulses LPi for setting readout data from the common memory 3 in a latch register within an operation cycle. Consequently, the respective processors PUi access the common memory 3 at a high speed without any contention.
