The trolley comprises a frame (10) with two hooks (14), two wheels (12) and a handle (16), the wheels and the handle being at opposite ends of the frame whilst the hooks are designed to pick up a load with a bottom edge downstand. The frame is also equipped to secure the body of the load and the hooks may be arranged radially to suit a cylindrical load. - The hooks may also act as feet stabilizing the frame when approximately vertical, the frame itself being part cylindrical (30), whilst being adaptable (50) to carry other loads. A chain (18) with a hook (40) may be used to secure the load body, the handle being incorporated in a retractable pivotable 'U'-shaped member (22) locked in service by a pivotable stirrup (32).
