Dry powdery mixture for preparing foamed flat-shaped PVC-articles in two process steps containing a) emulsion-, suspension-, and/or block polymerisation-PVC, b) one or more foaming agents in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight, based on the PVC, c) utmost 150% additives and/or adjuvants, based on the PVC, d) 1 to 50% of a thermoplastic methacrylic acid ester-copolymer, based on the PVC, characterized by the fact that the component (d) is a methacrylic acid methyl/ethyl/n-butylesterterpolymer the glass transition temperature of which is at most 20 degrees C higher than that of the PVC.
