The installation is intended for cleaning batches of water with detergent used for cleaning floors of a workshop or machined components and contg. oil, grease, swarf, etc. It comprises a storage tank connected in a first phase, to a filter circuit contg. a pump and a filter through which the liq. is continuously circulated during that phase. In a second phase, the tank is connected to an oil sepg. unit into which the liq. with solids removed is pumped and allowed to settle in a vertical container. After settling, the oil collecting at the top is removed via an overflow member and collected for discharqe.
