An encapsulated foodstuff contains a powdered aqs. extract of chlorella algae and powdered garlic oil extract(s), powdered aq. extracts of ginseng or American aloes and vegetable oil(s). The prod can be used as a foodstuff in its own right (as opposed to purely seasoning uses) and does not have a strong or unpleasant taste. The other ingredients increase the stability of the chlorella.
