Plastics high heel shoe sole with zone-wise differentiated flexibility - consists of flexible front half and rigid rear half with integral heel

Sole with high heel for ladies' shoe comprises a single-piece front portion of flexible thermoplastics, and a rear portion of rigid thermoplastics. The flexible material sectionally penetrates into the thickness of the rigid material. The rigid rear portion comprises a relatively high heel adjacent a pref. curved portion at whose free end there are several bores. The rear portion is pref. made of polystyrene, PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS etc. The flexible front portion, which is connected to the rear portion, pref. consists of flexible polyurethane, polyethylene EVA or natural or synthetic rubber or some other injection mouldable material. The sole is easy to mfr. and has locally differential rigidity and flexibility, making for comfortable wear and relatively long service life.
