A flow of cold air having a variable direction is sprayed on the surface of the thermoplastic film tube immediately after extrusion. The lower flow of the cold air is sprayed parallel to the extrusion shaft and the upper flow of the cold air is sprayed with an angle of 75-90 degrees to the extrusion shaft. The blowing angles of the cold air discharged from nozzles can be opt. changed by adjusting an upper nozzle body and a central nozzle body. Process is utilised for producing a flexible hose.
