Plowing conditioner-comminutor land, characterized in that it constitutes at least one frame provided with conformations coupling to a tractor and carrying vehicle of a lower mode grille that occupies the entire width of the frame and a drum platform mounted said frame with free rotation with respect to it and provided with a plurality of rigid tines or other projections, arranged radially or angled relative to the drum; so that in moving the rack a rotary movement of the drum and tines or projections, in order to crumble the clods therebetween, the drum and the platform-gate bottom, which advances continuously buried provoked. 2. Plowing conditioner land-mincer according preceding claim, casracterizado that said frame carries coupling means which enable the correlative assembly of several of them being coaxial drums, so that a greater working width últil is achieved. 3. Plow conditioner land-mincer according to previous claims, characterized in that, optionally, said drums carry autonomous driving means that cause rotation of the drum regardless of the advancement of the frame. 4.
