摘要
Strain of Trichoderma harzianum, deposited at the Tristitut Pasteur as No.I223 and at ATCC as nb 20672. The strain has the following cultural characteristics. A flat mycelium, translucid and hardly discernible by the naked eye. After about 3 days culture, sporgenic formations appear on the surface, at first these are white but afterwards colour to a green shade. Spore bearing parts- theconidioph ores are branched in an orthogonal manner. The sporogenic cells (phialides) carried by these branches may be grouped in twos or threes, they are of variable height (8-12 microns), narrow (2.5 microns) little distended and able to be curved. The spores are globular to sub-globular, green-coloured and have a dia. of about 3 microns; they appear almost smooth at a magnification of 1000. The walls of the spores are completely smooth under the microscope. The growth temp. is 17-32 deg.C, optimal at 20-24 deg.C. They sprout in classical media, such as malt-agar, potato-glucose-agar or oat flakes, at pH 4-7, esp. 5. Sporulation is greater in a rich medium. Growth is aerobic.
