Method for producing a composition which includes strongly Magnetic Alloy, Rare Earth Elements and transition metal Elements.It includes the following Operations: First, prepare a mixture containing at least 10 Atomic percent of one or more Rare Earth Elements, including neodymium and Praseodymium, and one or more Transition Metals formed by mixtures of Iron with iron and other metals. Ansicion; Second, Melts the mixture; and finally,Quickly Cools the Molten mixture at a proper speed to form a finely Crystalline phase and strongly Magnetic within the solidified Alloy composition.
