Eye-lotion for ocular dispenses such as cunjunctivites and keratites, characterized in that it contains as active principle 1-amino 3-dodecyloxy-propane under form of an aqueous solution of 0,10 to 1 g/liter in a buffering and isotonic agent selected of the group consisting off acid and sodium borate.
