ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION:This invention relates to a novel antibiotic 76-11;process for the production thereof which comprisesculturing an antibiotic 76-11 producing microorganismbelonging to the genus Actinomadura to separate and collectthe antibiotic; an anticoccidiosis agent comprising theantibiotic as an effective ingredient; and a growthaccelerating and feed efficiency increasing agent fordomestic animals and fowls comprising the antibiotic as aneffective ingredient.
