ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREA system for attaching data cards to mailer forms includingapparatus having a supply of serially connected mailer forms, apaper drive for the forms and a printer therefore, a card holdingstation for holding up to two data cards in position for pickupby a printed mailer form having divergent slots for receivingopposite end portions of the data cards, a burster for separatingan individual card carrying printed mailer form from the seriallyconnected forms, a folder, an output stacker and a form rejectarea. Electronic control circuitry is included for controllingthe operation of the various stations in a cooperative manner andfor assuring that the mailer forms are printed with informationcorresponding to the data cards which will be inserted therein.
