1-Amino-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid metal complexes of the formula IMAGE in which R is a hydrogen atom or a radical of the formula -CO-R1, R1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or phenyl radical, and M is a transition metal atom which can assume the coordination number 4 which possess plant growth regulating activity.
