Heat pump fluid mixture consisting of a mixture of (a) 95 to 80% by mole of R22 or R502 with (b) 5 to 30% by mole of R23 or 503 where R22 is monochlorodifluoromethane, R23 is trifluoromethane, R502 is a mixture of 48.8% by weight of chlorodifluoromethane with 51.2% by weight of chloropentafluoroethane and R503 is a mixture of 40.1% by weight of trifluoromethane with 59.9% by weight of monochlorotrifluoromethane, component (a) of the mixture forming no azeotrope with component (b) of the same mixture.
