Water-repellent (撥 水) oil-repellent (撥 油) processing methods for animal fiber fabrics

Animal fiber textiles, such as wool or silk, and mixed spinning textiles, such as wool/silk, acetate/silk, or cotton/silk, are processed to give them water and oil-proof properties soaking the textiles in a solution containing 100 parts water, 9 parts fluorine compound, 1 part anionic surfactant, 1 part milti-valence anionic surfactant, 1 part water-soluble cationic resin, and 1 part diluted alcohol (as an additive) and then drying the processed textile.
